We understand how important it is that our exclusive garments fit you perfectly. With our fitting service, we offer you the opportunity to try on the exceptional GERMENS Button-up shirts, T-shirts and blouses at your leisure. This way you can make sure that your chosen garment fits perfectly and matches your individual style - without any obligations and from the comfort of your own home.

The fitting service costs €50, which will be deposited as a deposit. This amount will be refunded to you after the return shipment. GERMENS will of course pay the return postage within Germany.

GERMENS Long-sleeved button-up shirts

Our GERMENS long-sleeved button-up shirts for men (and women) are true works of art and an expression of your individuality. With the try-on service, you can try on three different sizes to ensure that the shirts you want to order afterwards or in a while will fit perfectly.

The cut is always the same, no matter which design or collection the shirts are from. This is practical, because once you have tried them on at the beginning you will always know which size you need.

GERMENS Short-sleeved button-up shirts

Our GERMENS Short-sleeved button-up shirts for men (and women) are true works of art and an expression of your individuality. As all GERMENS shirts have the same cut, our fitting service is designed to give you the opportunity to find the perfect size. This way you can ensure that your shirts - whether you order them now or later - will fit perfectly and give you that unmistakable GERMENS look.

It's better to try once at the beginning and be sure later that the short-sleeved shirts you order will always fit well.
 

GERMENS T-shirts

Our GERMENS T-shirts, which can be worn by both men and women, are not only stylish garments, but also a real experience for the senses. Our try-on service gives you the opportunity to find the perfect size from the eight sizes available.

We will send you three fitting samples so that you can not only find the perfect fit, but also feel the high-quality cotton fabric on your skin. This ensures that your T-shirts fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear, regardless of whether you order them now or later.

GERMENS Women's blouses

Our GERMENS women's blouses are true works of art that not only impress with their unique designs, but also with their high wearing comfort. With our try-on service, you can find the perfect size from the available options.

We will send you three fitting samples so that you can determine the ideal fit and feel the fine cotton fabric on your skin at the same time. This ensures that your blouses fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear, regardless of whether you order them now or at a later date.

Who can use the fitting service?

Our fitting service is available to customers within Germany, and shipping is conveniently handled by DHL.

For our customers abroad, we ship the fitting service with either UPS or DHL. Please note that for orders from abroad, we will request a photo of your ID before shipping in order to process the service safely and reliably.

Important information

Our fitting service requires some organizational effort at GERMENS, so please only use the service if you really intend to buy.

Postage costs: GERMENS covers the shipping costs within Germany. International customers are responsible for their own shipping costs, but will receive a 10% discount voucher for their next purchase as compensation.

Time periods: The samples should be returned within 10 to 14 days so that we can continue to offer the service smoothly.

If the goods are not returned within this period, we will unfortunately be forced to charge a flat rate of €450 for delivery. In the past, it has occasionally happened that garments were not returned, possibly because some wanted to keep the special pieces as collector's items.
