Possible delivery delays

* Possible longer delivery times may occur due to Sundays and public holidays or processing times of customs offices in the recipient country.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, e.g. “Products on production” and “Immediately available”, you will receive several shipments.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is only possible for registered customers.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.

Return

A return of the ordered or delivered products is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods. To do so, please send us an e-mail stating your address, the invoice or order number, your bank details and, if possible, the reason for the return.

We will pay the shipping costs for returns within Germany. After receipt of the revocation e-mail, you will receive a DHL shipping bill by e-mail. Please print this out and stick it on the parcel.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns from abroad. Please send the return as a parcel with shipment tracking to ensure that the shipment can be tracked. If the parcel cannot be tracked and the return cannot be found, we will not be able to refund the purchase price.
