We are delighted that you have chosen a unique and artistic garment from GERMENS. With over 450 different designs and an incredible 18,900 product variants that we customize for our customers, we offer you a range that goes far beyond the ordinary. Some of our designs have only been ordered a few times and can already be considered truly unique. Unlike many manufacturers, where certain designs are no longer available, your desired product can always be ordered from GERMENS – until the maximum number in our strict limited edition is reached. However, this special service also means that we need a little more time to deliver a true masterpiece to you.

A masterpiece of craftsmanship that requires time and care

Every item of clothing at GERMENS undergoes a highly complex and detailed manufacturing process. Once a month, we commission a renowned textile company in Saxony to produce the finest cotton fabrics for us and carry out elaborate finishing processes. The individual parts of each shirt or T-shirt are printed onto these high-quality fabrics and then treated in a finishing process that brings out every color and detail. This step can take 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the company's order situation. Further information on high-quality textile finishing can be found here.

The path to the completion of your garment

After finishing, René König personally takes the fabrics to the Polish factory There, the elaborate assembly process begins: the lengths of fabric are carefully rolled, roughly cut in advance, sorted by size and then marked and cut by hand using traditional methods In the case of a long-sleeved shirt, there are around 21 individual pieces that are expertly sewn together with the utmost precision at the various sewing stations

After production, the shirts are ironed, packaged and transported safely to Chemnitz, where we lovingly wrap each product in tissue paper for our customers and send it off If an individual adjustment such as shortening the sleeves is necessary, we make these adjustments directly before shipping This takes an additional 1-2 weeks

Our production time: a promise of quality and uniqueness

The whole process usually takes about 8-10 weeks – sometimes a little longer if there are holidays like Christmas in between. To keep you up to date, we will send you an e-mail once or twice during this time with the subject “Update on your order”.

As we have no direct influence on production, we ask for your understanding and patience.
